You can mind speak to a bunch of ppl equal to your Willpower rating. Add some Malkavians up to your Empathy rating and you'll get a real party going. But you gotta talk outloud or they won't hear you. Why???...how the hell would I know....

Cipher
You have studied and honed your skills and now you can read any non supernatural language or code. Neat.

Clairvoyance
You can see shit happening anywhere. It's really cool cuz you get to use other Auspex powers with this too.

Crododile's Tongue
You just know what the other person you're talking to wants to hear. Even if they ain't thinking about it. You gotta talk a minute first though.

Discern Aura
You can scan whole groups of people with one particular trait in their aura.

Eagle's Sight
Give new meaning to a bird's eye view, you can see what a bird sees...watch out for that mountain!!!!

Genious Loci
Meditation at its finest. You can gain insight by meditating at pleases of high resonance. Where that might me? You fight it out!

Insight of the Talespinner
You can blabber on and on some stupid story that will sucker others and make em hang on your every word. Think a Tor entraced by something. Yeah, that sorta thing with making Non-Tors act like Tors over your stupid story.

Prediction
You can guess what your target will say next. Or even do next.

Sense Emotion
You can sense the auras and moods of everyone in ten foot radius. You can also figure out who might be making whom feel what.

Sibyl's Tongue

The Flaying
This is awesome. You can peel off the skin of a victim and stick it on your own. While wrapped tight and snug in the bloody skin (Does this invoke some stomach wrenching images here?), you can look like whoever you took the skin from. Even after it's discarded, the Tzi can keep an inventory of who he's been and assume that shape at will in 5 minutes.

What People Want to Hear
You know what to say to get whatever reaction you want from a target. Since insults generally work very well to piss ppl off, you really don't need to use this to do that. Find a better use for it.

You can create a whole new personality. Be the vampire you always wanted to be. You can even have a different set of Discs so you'll be good at faking whoever it is you're trying to be currently. Lasts a scene and you can spend a blood point to make it last another scene.

Pluck the Secret
Learn what another knows about a specific subject.

Soul Scan
You can find anybody anywhere. But its harder if they have Obfuscate. Buggers are good at hiding.

Spirit Link
You can link your brain to someone else then another someone else for every success. You'll all hear each other. You can gossip about the Prince, just make sure he's not in the link.

Stealing the Mind's Eye
See and hear what a specific target does and even use certain Diciplines through them.

8 - Malkavian Madness Network
Mass Malkavian communication...something about a meeting.....yeah, you can go if you wanna...it's at...bleep and bleepedy bleep.

Psychic Assault
Pyschically scar someone who pisses you off. Bring their Willpower pts down. Yeah, that's right. If you get em to zero, they go out like a light and get a derangement when they wake up.

Omniscience
You can learn about ppl, events, whatever with no limit to the info. You'll be a know-it-all and know it all too. You can't use on anyone with Obfuscate 8 or higher.

Hear and see the thoughts of everyone around you.

9 - Precognition
You get to see the future as long as it's in a place you are familiar with. Just remember somebody can screw with your version of the future so watch out for that too.

False Slumber
A Methuselah can leave it's body even in torpor. Handy to babysit your bratty kids while you sleep. Automatically active when you go into torpor. So if you're daddy is a Methuselah you better behave.

Master of the Dom
Become one with the land...ohmmmm....ohmmmm....meditate on the rolling hills and creepy crawlies. Then you get to turn into this....ummm...THING kinda like a guardian spirit. Wings and everything...I swear. Jeeze, guys, it's a mental thing alright. Covers no more than 10 mile radius. And any vamps traveling through will have a harder time Dominating, Presencing, Animalismizing, and Koldunicking the inhabitants of this fair land. The Fiend can control weather, shift landmarks...'yeah, dude, the signpost said the vamp's house is over there', send em to a quicksand pit instead of the local inn. You know all that cool stuff. Unfortunately, the Tzi can't leave the land unless forced out and it'll hurt like a bitch too. Just like being cut from your special soil.

You can learn about a whole bunch of people...even everybody in the world if you're successful enough. Did you really wanna know that guy in Japan lusts after his neighbor's wife. I mean, come on. If somebody else is controlling the bunch you can find that out too, you'll know who is doing the controlling and how. Find who is really controlling the world. I already know so you'll just have to have to ask Tzimisce, who is the ONLY one that can use this power. He had to use this power to find out, I just asked a Malk who once lived next to me.
